Topic and Facilitator Information: Workplace Wellness Programs Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide real scenarios. A variety of formats will be used depending on the topic and the facilitator (i.e. group discussions, case studies etc.).
The three components of a Corporate Wellness Program are: physical fitness, nutrition and mental health. All three components work together to create a healthy, active workplaces and improve employee wellness. Employees who make use of Wellness Programs have been shown to take less time off due to illness and stress, and have fewer health-related injuries. They also report higher levels of work satisfaction and loyalty to their employers as they feel that their employer cares for their well-being. This translates directly into higher levels of productivity and engagement.
