High Tea II Advanced
If you know the basics behind pastries and are ready to learn the elusive French Macarons, chocolate ganache, glazing, icing and piping, this class is for you.
You will leave with French Macarons and the skills of a French pastry chef. This class is on Saturday, April 16, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm at VIU Deep Bay Marine Station. Cost is $75 per person. Registration discount if taken as part of the three-part Spring Favourites Series.
