Speakers/Lectures Nathalie Ristord of Nanaimo Hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy will speak on No More Anxiety-Let Your Mind Regain Control at 11 a.m. Ristord’s talk describes anxiety as generating an unreal sense of potential danger. Ramona Horsfield, RN, will speak at noon on NRF2 Science – the new medical breakthrough and what it means to your health. A door prize is offered. Permelia Parham of Vibrational Healing will speak at 1 p.m. on ‘Enhance Each Day-Enhance Your Health-Enhance Your Life which explores energy chakra balancing techniques. Participants can win a door prize.
