Another year passed with so much growth�.in the gardens, 2 new buildings (Yep � come and check out the advancement on the Zero Mile Meal Eatery!), and personally for so many of us at OUR ECOVILLAGE. It is time to Harvest OUR efforts and celebrate. With all of this years accomplishments and community building connections we would like to share the bounty

OUR ECOVILLAGE starts the evening with:

Tour at 3:00 - walking the land, the projects and hugging lots of amazing people

4:30-6:00 - Appies and No Host bar for your enjoyment, hob-knobbing, and general connection making.

6:00-7:00 � OUR amazing �Zero Mile Meal Eatery Harvest Feast� with lots of foods from the land!

7:30 � 9:00 - The Guest Speaker of your dreams�..stay tuned as we are confirming final details.


This year�s menu is a delectable combination of Local food, Zero Mile produce, Organics with both Omnivore and Vegetarian options, all Non-GMO of course!

Appetizers:

Olive, Garlic, Rosemary Foccaccia

Onion and Capes Foccaccia

O.U.R. Prosciutto Foccaccia

O.U.R. Kombucha

Dinner:

O.U.R. stuffed Turkey with Cranberry sauce

O.U.R. Roasted potatoes

Baked Squash with homemade Jalapeno Jam

Steamed Brussels Sprouts with O.U.R. smoked Bacon

Dessert:

O.U.R. yummy homemade Apple Pie

Marisa grew up in Switzerland where, as a child, she always wanted to live on a farm like her parents and grandparents did. Feeling called by a land and people to learn, work, grow, and share, is what brought Marisa to O.U.R. in the summer of 2008. Marisa�s dedication to living a healthy life full of fresh beautiful food, in an environment where her children can grow and learn in a healthy, safe, and nurturing way, and making a positive change in the world is what makes her stay.

Marisaʼs cooking draws on the traditions of her grandmother, the inspiration of the many visitors to O.U.R. ECOVILLAGE and the beauty of the produce from O.U.R. garden.



This evening and all aspects of the event are set up as a time to honor all those who have come through OUR hub over this past season. We are well over the 10K number of incredible people who have some type of connection and request which we all try and fulfill through OUR resources and programming.

If you are involved in the �Ethical Investment Mortgage� in OUR ECOVILLAGE � this evening is set up as one element of gratitude for the support given. If you are one of OUR ECOVILLAGE�s �Sustainers� then we would like to invite those who do monthly financial giving of SAND, CLAY, OR STRAW.

Evening Event = $40 (with tax receipt). This is a Charitable Donation and tour/dinner/speaker are a contribution from OUR team.
