Pairing organically-grown produce from our own onsite gardens with select Salt Spring Island food products, we will be offering a four-course set menu in our Bistro in honour of the Harvest Food and Drink Festival. Suggested wine pairings will also be available courtesy of our Sommelier. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the feasibility of fine dining, farm-to-table style!
