Come join our downtown merchants on Saturday, October 26th and celebrate Downtown Duncan’s family-friendly Halloween Spooktacular.
Participating Spooktacular businesses will provide safe trick-or-treating from 10 am to 12 pm followed by a costume contest, and games from 12 – 2 pm in City Square. Don’t be surprised to see some shop owners add to the atmosphere by dressing in costume, and offering treats to those close by.
