GriefShare is a structured twelve week program designed and delivered by people who have lost loved ones. During each weekly session you’ll watch a DVD segment, get tips from your course leader, you’ll be able to ask questions and share thoughts, and you’ll have support material to take home that gives you practical tools designed to help you. The course is free, there is a small fee for the manual.
