Girls Summer Health and Leadership Camps - Ages 5-14

Summer camp includes fun activities involving fitness, healthy cooking, arts and crafts and leadership activities as well as interactive group discussions and skill-building sessions to help each girl discover who they are as a developing individual.
Angela Slade, MA, RCC will mentor the girls to build skills in a fun and age-appropriate group setting. This includes helping girls gain a deeper understanding about how societal messages (especially those in the media) can influence their choices and decisions as they grow.
Girls come home with photos, crafts, and health, fitness and leadership experiences that can lead to new ways of knowing and understanding their immediate world (friendships, girl-life, tween-life, teen-life) as they navigate through these key developmental times.
Overall, summer camp is about empowering girls to maximize their potential while they have a blast and meet other girls!
July 9/10 ages 5-7 - 9am - 3pm
July 16/17 ages 8-10 - 9am - 3pm - almost full
July 23/24 ages 11-14 - 9am - 3pm
