Harness the potent energy of the Full Moon to clear away stress and recharge your energy!

Ash uses a combination of Quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Tuning Forks, chimes, various percussion instruments, and a quality sound system to immerse you in a vibrational and sensory experience.

Deep relaxation, self reflection, releasing tension, and shifting built up or stagnant energy is the end result.

Ash will lead you through a guided meditation with light breathwork, before using a combination of reiki + sound & frequency to help guide you to a place of deep meditation & gently shift your mind, body + spirit back into alignment.

The light of the full moon provides a mirror for self reflection; marking the culmination / end of the current lunar cycle. Therefore, the time around a full moon can be harnessed for an energetic and emotional reset. The moon governs our emotions just like the push / pull it creates with the tide. A full moon ceremony creates the container for you to slow down, check in, and self review, inorder to align your energy with your goals, dreams and wishes + releasing old patterns and energy to make space for new experiences and personal growth.

Just as the moon goes through phases, so does life. The full moon represents the ending of one phase and the beginning of another, reminding us of the cyclical nature of existence and the opportunity for renewal.

Group events are a great way to introduce yourself to sound & energy healing for the first time, connect with others in a community environment, and incorporate more self care and relaxation into your life.

- Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, blanket &/or eye mask to make themselves comfortable.

- We have a limited number of mats available for use on a by request basis. EMAIL [email protected] TO RESERVE A MAT FOR USE.

- We recommend bringing something to write with (pen & journal) for self-reflection at the end of the evening.

- The event begins at 6:30pm. The BACKDOOR door will open 5 mins or so before the event start time for entry into the building. Kindly note we cannot let you in if you arrive and the event has already started as the doors will be locked.

WHAT IS REIKI ENERGY HEALING?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that channels the universal life energy "Ki" to harmonize the union of mind, body, and spirit; encouraging the body's natural healing process. The practitioner works as a conduit to allow this universal source energy to flow through them and into the clients energy field. From this connection, the practitioner intuitively receives information which allows them to create room for alignment and balance in the clients energy field, helping to strengthen the body's natural self healing capabilities. The practitioner is not giving their energy or manipulating the energy of the recipient. They are simply facilitating the natural flow of an already present energy that connects us into our physical bodies and governs health + vitality. During a Reiki session there are standard hand placements beginning at your head or feet, which incorporate the meridians and chakras (energy pathways and centres within the body).

For larger group events, Ash will incorporate hand placements that do not come into direct contact with the physical body (hands off reiki).

WHAT WILL I FEEL DURING THE SESSION?

Most feel a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace. The mind calm and physical body relaxed. The experience can be so relaxing you may even fall asleep during the session. You will still receive all of the benefits both sleeping and "awake." Some may experience the sensation of gently floating on a cloud, some may be very visual and perceive different colours or images in their minds eye, some may feel like a guardian angel is with us assisting with the session, some may have different memories or emotions come up to be acknowledged, processed and released, some may experience light tingling sensations or sense changes in temperature. This is all normal and completely safe to experience; we are accessing a level of your subconscious mind where cellular healing takes place from within. A deeper connection to your nervous system and the the subtle processes of your physical body such as your heartbeat and breathing are achieved. Feeling a sense of oneness within self and the world around you is a common theme.
