An evening of sound, ceremony and conscious breathing with Quantum Breath to celebrate the Full Moon Energy. James Cunningham of Sole to Soul Bodyworks is joining The Belief Connection and Wonder Full Living to take us on a journey using Conscious Breathing … Quantum Breath. Ride the wave. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, and a pillow if you have.... some pillows will be provided. There will be smudging, tarot cards, meditation, breathing and sound as you relax into a journey of your very own. Cost is $22.00 - $44.00 sliding scale, pay what you can at the door.
