Brunch makes everyone happy! Breakfast is often the favorite meal of the day, but if you aren't a morning person, brunch is ideal! A lazy morning, followed by good food, yummy drinks and hopefully close friends to share it all with.
In this class you will learn how to make three classic breakfast staples. All gluten-free, all very versatile and all meant to be shared and sure to impress those you share them with. We will show you how to make variations for sweet and savory options and give you ways for using them in different applications. We will even give you a great drink to round out a wonderful start to your day. (Demonstration and hands-on.)
Menu:
Muffins - fluffy and moist, adaptable to many flavour combinations and dietary requirements. In this class we will use the base to make **dairy and gluten-free Apple Almond muffins and **gluten-free Chocolate Hazelnut muffins.
Scones - savory with cheese, or sweet with maple syrup. Soon to make your eggs benedict famous.
Pancakes - great served in the classic simple way. In the class we will dress them up for the night with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and dressed greens.
Drinks - Raspberry Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie
