Fresh and Healthy Mediterranean with Chef Michael Williams

Borrowing flavours from all around the Mediterranean, we will work together to make several delicious, healthy dishes that you will want to include in your weekly rotation.  All of these dishes are fantastic as left-overs and they also freeze well, so we will focus on batch cooking!

On the menu for this class…

-  Spanish Potato Omelette with Romesco sauce
-  Mediterranean Stew of Snapper and Spot Prawns
-  Moroccan Lamb and Lentil Stew served over Parsnip Mash
-  Poached Pears with Cashew Cream
