For a spe�cial June menu and in time for Fathers day we will be cel�e�brat�ing the beauty of veni�son with local sea�sonal prod�ucts. Amaz�ing aspara�gus, local berries and wild greens will work their way onto the menu. We�ll even fire up the BBQ for some grilled treats. The star of the day will be the amaz�ing local alfalfa-grazed venison.

Canapes:
- Veni�son and wild mush�room pate, fresh mus�tard pickles
- Veni�son and gin�ger dumpling, rhubarb dip�ping sauce
Dishes:
- Aspara�gus soup with air dried veni�son and morels, morel whipped sour cream
- Viet�namese grilled veni�son skew�ers on a salad of Deer�holme greens with an anchovy dressing
- Milk braised veni�sion shank and shoul�der with porcini mush�rooms and bar�ley risotto, served with fid�dle�head ferns and wild herbs.
- Choco�late cus�tard and straw�berry tart with fresh mint Cr�me Anglais
