10am-12pm Chocolate Cheesecake, Soil Microbes, and How You Can Grow Healthy Dirt $20/$15 (members). Far from being merely “dirt”, our soils are in fact living dynamic ecosystems, the base of all life (and food) on Earth. Come explore the many beneficial relationships within the earth beneath our feet, and learn how to create and support healthy soil, so it will in turn support us.

Jackie Robson will take us through the basic principles of organic growing, including several approaches under the organic umbrella. Ph, soil structure, texture, testing and essential nutrients are also included.
