To celebrate our Cowichan Spirits, Merridale is excited to announce a special gin-infused evening on April 30th – For the Love of Gin.
Join distiller and owner Rick Pipes in the distillery at 6pm as he leads an informative session on the distillation process of our gins including what locally foraged botanicals are featured in the spirits.
Guest bartender Shawn Soole will also greet guests in the distiller y with a complimentary gin-infused welcome cocktail as well as speciality cocktails throughout the evening.
Shawn has spearheaded the craft cocktail revolution in Victoria and he was included in the “International Bartender of the Year: Top 10” in 2012. Following your welcome in the distillery, we invite you to the bistro for a gin-inspired three-course dinner created by Chef Kyle Bellis.
The evening will also highlight signature cocktails made from our Cowichan Spirits throughout the evening.
Tickets are $59 and reservations are required.
We have also teamed up with Island Time Tours, who are providing a round-trip transportation service from Victoria for an additional price.
