The Comox Valley’s fourth Flavour festival is set to take place on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at Coastal Black Estate Winery. Our finest chefs, vintners, farmers and producers will once again showcase their talents, in support of education and culinary culture in our community.
This event was conceptualized by the North Island College Foundation team with the purpose of showcasing our region’s epicurean bounty while at the same time supporting the local tourism and hospitality industry by utilizing the proceeds to establish scholarships and bursaries for NIC Culinary Arts and Tourism & Hospitality students.
Partial proceeds will also be distributed to the North Vancouver Island Chefs Association
