DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Comox Valley&rsquo;s fourth Flavour festival is set to take place on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 from 1:00pm &ndash; 4:00pm at Coastal Black Estate Winery. Our finest chefs, vintners, farmers and producers will once again showcase their talents, in support of education and culinary culture in our community.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This event was conceptualized by the North Island College Foundation team with the purpose of showcasing our region&rsquo;s epicurean bounty while at the same time supporting the local tourism and hospitality industry by utilizing the proceeds to establish scholarships and bursaries for NIC Culinary Arts and Tourism &amp; Hospitality students.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Partial proceeds will also be distributed to the North Vancouver Island Chefs Association</p>=0D=0A=
