The Health Wellness and Sustainability Festival is fortunate to be partnering with Camosun College and the Island Chef Collaborative to create and evening and dinner you will remember with fond memories.  This is a five course gluten-free dinner, created by some of the top chefs and bakers in Victoria, and top chefs and bakers of the future.  Sandor Katz, author of the "Art of Fermentation" will be attending, and will give a brief talk on fermentation. The bulk of the procedes are going to the Growing Chefs Program, a non-profit society, to educate children, families and community members about healthy eating and healthy food systems, and some to the students graduation party.  This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our islands talent, both established and the future.
