10 weeks of Fitness, Healthy Eating & Educational Support Group

This workshop which is built by our registered Counsellor, Angela Slade,
along with our Health & Nutrition coach, Chantelle Martens, is designed to
uncover what stands between you and your health goals. It is time to break
those walls down to create and sustain a long lasting healthy lifestyle.
What to Expect:
. A healthy living action plan and meal guideline
. Learn and share healthy meal ideas
. Experience mindful eating
. Private Facebook group (Optional)
. Ongoing personal support

Schedule:
Weekly Exercise Class: Thursday 6:30-7:30
Enhancing Healthy Living Educational Group: Tuesdays 6:30-8:00
4 One-on-One Nutrition Coaching Sessions: booked individually
Includes 10 week facility use

Angela Slade: Angela is the past Executive Director for Island Integrated
Counselling Society in Nanaimo, BC where she designed and implemented an
eating disorders program for adults. Angela's mission is to transform the
lives of children, youth, and families and enhance the communities they
live in. She uses fun, humor, empathy and compassion to role model healthy
living using her one-to-one counseling, educational workshops, and
speaking engagements to reach out to others.

Chantelle Martens: Chantelle is a certified coach, life skills facilitator
and wellness counselor from Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver. She has
spent the last seven years working as a health coach with 5 years
specializing in weight loss and nutritional coaching. Chantelle takes each
individual client's lifestyle and goals into consideration to build a
customized program to suit their needs.
