The monthly Family Matters Meetup is a place for parents to connect with like minded families in our community. This community will support each other in making conscious choices for family health and wellness.
Dr. Glen, our wellness chiropractor, will start each meetup with a quick discussion on key wellness concepts that will stimulate an open group discussion and sharing of thoughts and experiences.
August 22nd - In the Bedroom Discussions will focus on Co-sleeping and the family bed, healthy bedtime routines, positive sleep habits, and maintaining parent intimacy
