Take a walk under hundreds of twinkling lights. Then watch a seasonal outdoor screening and finish with a yummy three-course meal of brick oven bread, salad with cranberries and pumpkin seeds and brick oven pizza.

Treat your family to a magical Christmas evening at Merridale:
5:00 p.m. – Start with an enchanting walk through our courtyard light-up, with hundreds of twinkling lights, decorations, and displays – The biggest light display in South Cowichan!
5:15 p.m. – Enjoy an outdoor screening of a short family-friendly Christmas classic, shown under the twinkling lights of our covered deck.
5:45 p.m. – Savour a kid-friendly three-course brick-oven pizza dinner, served family-style at long tables.

Brick Oven Bread
Fresh baked brick oven bread with pear butter

Merridale Green Salad
Apple cider vinaigrette, toasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and aged cheddar

Main Course
Three Cheese – Tomato sauce, boccocini, aged cheddar and parmesan cheese
Meat Lovers – Tomato sauce, associated cured meats, aged cheddar and parmesan cheese
Pesto Chicken – Fresh basil pesto, chicken, aged cheddar, boccocini, pine nuts

Dessert
Merridale Apple Crumble with Maple infused whipped cream.
