Pure Body Balance Health and Fitness, Nurse Next Door, Ram RX Pharmacy, and Code Brew are joining forces to help you! Falls are something to take seriously. By knowing your risk and learning/implementing prevention skills and strategies you avoid potentially serious injuries.
By joining us on September 17 you will receive a health history review, medication review, fracture risk score, fall risk assessment, prevention strategies, home exercise program and a complementary coffee or tea.
We hope to see everyone out, the more the merrier!
