Erwan is translated as Elephant Foot.

In an Erwan class you will learn to give a Full Hour and Half Massage using only your Feet.
Very beneficial for large or muscle bound people, or people who would like a little more pressure, though equally good for people who don't like a lot of pressure.
Great way to use other part of your body besides your palms and thumbs.
You will Integrate "Metta" and Meditation into your work.
Wonderful for anyone, who would like to learn Thai Massage and not wanting to use their hands or anyone who has developed hand or wrist problems.
