Have you always wondered how to make your own yummy dumplings?
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make delicious dumplings from scratch as well as a quick and easy shortcut method! Recipes for meat, vegetarian and dessert fillings, as well as dips will be explored. After dumpling practice, you’ll be served your choice of meat or vegetarian dumplings, salad and dessert dumplings, as well as have an option to purchase wine pairings to enjoy alongside.
Additional wine pairing, 2 pours (1 for savoury, 1 for dessert) $15.
We will be carefully following Covid Protocol for this class. Tables will be separated and participants will be tuned in electronically to watch the finer details. *Tables must be booked in core bubbles of 2 or 4 or 6 to accommodate COVID restrictions.
