Fashioned after the world famous "Diner en Blanc", Sidney will celebrate Canada Day with the 2nd Annual "Dinner en Rouge".  Guests dressed in red and white will gather for a chic, outdoor dinner along the waterfront in beautiful Beacon Park. The evening will include a silent auction in support of Slangspruit Primary School in South Africa.
 

**All tickets include table, chair, place setting (plate, cutlery, and glass), white table cloth, red napkin and entertainment. *as tables and chairs are provided we are unable to accommodate guests bringing their own tables and chairs.

Admission & Wine $40
  includes above, guests will receive purchased wine and must bring their own food and any non-alcoholic beverages

Admission, Dinner $60
  includes above,  guests will be served a catered meal and must bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.

Catered dinner provided by Island Culinary Service
- Crispy tossed salad with selection of dressings
-  Traditional potato salad
- Sun-dried tomato fusilli salad
-  Roasted potatoes
- Sautéed vegetable medley
- Dinner rolls
- Entrees: Salmon, Chicken Breast, Steak
-  Dessert: squares, coffee, tea
 

Dress:
Guests must come dressed in red and white to celebrate our great nation. Off white and cream are not considered white and bright Canada red is preferred. Black pants and shoes are acceptable for men but red or white is preferred. Guests are encouraged to be creative!

Tables:
Each table seats up to eight people. Your table, chair, table linen, napkin and place setting (plates, cutlery, and glasses) are provided however, guests are encouraged to bring their own table décor. The only rule is everything must be red and white (some clear glass is acceptable).

Wine:
Prospect Shiraz
The Red Willow Shiraz is balanced and rich in texture, with a lively blast of blackberry and dark cherry. The wine is highlighted with white pepper notes and a lingering finish, which makes it a fantastic companion for grilled meats or veggies on the barbecue. Prospect Pinot Blanc
The Birch Canoe Pinot Blanc is 100% unoaked, keeping the flavours at the forefront with a crisp wine style. Vibrant Meyer lemon, honeysuckle and green apple combine into a refreshing, bright finish.
