Sat�ur�day Decem�ber 14th (5 pm � 9 pm)

Join us for a fra�grant and deli�cious din�ner based on truf�fles, wild mush�rooms and stel�lar local ingre�di�ents. We will delight your taste buds with local seafood, for�aged foods and beef � height�ened with truf�fles from the Pacific North�west and Imported from Italy and France. The cot�tage will be filled with intox�i�cat�ing aromas.

This din�ner is also a fundraiser for the local Cowichan Food Bank and a por�tion of the pro�ceeds will be used towards pur�chas�ing healthy foods for local fam�i�lies in need. A gift that warms hearts and fills bel�lies at the same time.



Starters:

Welsh Rarebit with Stil�ton Cheese and truf�fles
Pick�led Oys�ters and Spot Prawns with truf�fled pear chutney

Dishes:

Ter�rine of Game and Truf�fle with pick�led mush�rooms and quince puree, Cum�ber�land sauce

Cau�li�flower and Ched�dar soup with truf�fle meringue

Roast Prime Rib of Island Beef, truf�fle and grand fir salt, porcini york�shire and vin�tage port Jus
� served with truf�fle potato gratin and roasted root vegetables

Apple and Blue�berry cake with Eng�lish tof�fee sauce and vanilla bean ice cream

Cost is $90/person � addi�tional dona�tions to the food bank are welcome
