Wild Mush�room Din�ner � Asian Flavours Pine Mushrooms

Join author and chef Bill Jones in an unforgettable evening of wild mushrooms and excellent local food. Pine mushrooms are a culinary delicacy and medicinal ingredients that is revered in Japan and foraged in the forests of the Cowichan Valley.

Local farm-raised products, grass fed organic beef and lots of pine mushrooms will be offered.

Beef short�ribs braised in sweet and sour toma�toes and pine mush�rooms. Served with coconut milk rice gratin

Sesame and heir�loom apple roll with ginger-tapioca pudding
