Deerholme Farm's cooking class on April 17 provides an overview of wild foods and morel mushrooms as part of a wild foods weekend, with a forage workshop available on April 16.

Overview of wild foods and morel mushrooms:

- Burdock root with morels and Japanese flavours
- French-style morels braised with chicken stock and herbs
- Tarte Flambe with morels, leeks and ham
- Morel and stinging nettle rice chowder, grand fir sour cream
