On July 26th & 27th, the Cycle of Life Tour will host its 2nd annual group bike ride in support of hospice care. Riders will cover nearly 200km in two days, pass through scenic South Island areas such as West Saanich, Saanich Inlet, and Cowichan Valley, and enjoy an overnight stay on Salt Spring Island.

The Cycle of Life Tour provides financial support and raises awareness for hospice care in our communities. Hospice services include essential end-of-life palliative care, counseling, bereavement support, and at-home patient care.

To participate, there is a $75 registration fee and a commitment by the rider to raise over $500 in pledges. Because of the support of our sponsors, 100% of the pledges raised by registered riders go to the hospices that mean so much to our communities. The Cycle of Life Tour 2014 is making donations to Victoria Hospice, Cowichan Valley Hospice Society, Salt Spring Hospice, and Sooke Hospice Society.

Registered riders will receive a fully-customized 2014 Cycle of Life Tour cycling jersey, catered meals for the duration of the event, accommodation for tenting on Salt Spring Island, live entertainment, prizes, fully-supported 200km bike ride, and an incredibly fun atmosphere to take in our great part of the world.
