We don't have to be at the effect of repeating patterns over and over again. Within our life walk we have set ways of engaging that limit our ability to see beyond this pattern. We create these patterns through our life experience, therefore we also have the ability to change and create new healthier patterns. When we heal and release old patterns, we are no longer at the effect of old buttons we now have greater choice to choose a different way of engaging. You will learn and practice a technique that can release and break these patterns if used consistently and diligently. We create patterns in order to survive, the trick is releasing them when they no longer serve us.
