Critical Mass

Critical Mass is a celebration of alternative transportation, where the Nanaimo cycling community comes together to take over the road for an hour or so on the last Friday of every month. Cyclists will meet at Diana Krall Plaza, and will embark on a 45 min to one hour circuit of Nanaimo's streets once there are sufficient numbers (critical mass). The route will be determined at the start of the event.
This is a non-competitive, community-oriented event. Participants are encouraged to dress up themselves and their bikes.
Remember to bring a helmet!
