Creatives Collaborate: Veneto presents an evening with Chef Jamie Huynh and Chef Kristian Eligh

Veneto Bar Ristorante is pleased to host an evening with Toptable Chef Kristian Eligh. This seven-course dinner is a collaboration with our Chef Jamie Huynh and his mentor Chef Eligh. Jamie worked for Kristian at the acclaimed Hawksworth Restaurant in Vancouver, and now both men have made their way to Victoria leading creative and outstanding food programs. This dinner is a partnership between the two: Jamie’s courses are influenced by his travels and Vietnamese heritage while Kristian’s courses will showcase ‘New Canadian Cuisine’, a nod to his soon to open restaurant across the street from Veneto.
The evening will be full of elegant food paired with wine and cocktails from Coastal Craft Beverages. Reservations are available between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and include food, drinks and gratuity.
