ZOOM WEBINAR: We know that the implications of COVID-19 will impact public health, self-sufficiency and our communities in many ways, and it is imperative that now more than ever we work together towards holistic wellness.
In this working webinar, we will be exploring the current crisis of anxiety & early-stage depression in first responders & health care providers in our communities. This is an open, collaborative, brainstorming session with the aim of prioritizing actionable steps towards a ‘hub’ where people can:
- move from ‘distress’ to ‘de-stress’
- access information, services, education & training in alternative health (specifically natural medical options)
- be in a safe place to share with peers & service providers
- access leadership & guidance to transition to create more value for individuals through a more ‘natural’ & personally empowered approach to health & wellness
- team up with like-minded organizations, businesses and individuals to collaboratively share knowledge, showcase local talent, innovate and create best-practices relevant to your community.
