Beer is not just for drinking, its great to cook with. We will talk about how versatile beer is for cooking and baking, and demonstrate how to make a three-course meal with beer, which of course you will enjoy with beer pairings.
Becky from Saltspring Island Ales will join us to talk about the relationship between food and beer, and to serve pairings for our meal.
