An overview of the ingredients used in today’s class (eg: different types of lentils)

Basmati Rice
Learn the secrets to making the perfect fluffy basmati rice
Palak Chicken
Traditional East Indian Chicken Curry made with spinach
Coconut Dal with Vegetables
Mung Dal (Lentil curry) with mixed vegetables and infused with coconut
Mango Lassi
A traditional East Indian yogurt smoothie made with mango
