Cooking Class: A Night in Syria

This class will feature several courses from this Western Asian/Mediterranean country such as Hummus, Za'atar Flatbread, Tabbouleh salad, Beef Stuffed Zucchini and Shish Taouk! All of course using Olive The Senses EVOO's and Balsamic - with an exotic spin!
Classes are $45+tax and include a copy of Extra Virginity: The Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil or a 200ml bottle of your favorite oil or vinegar.
