Cook Culture: Soup & Bread (Gluten free)

Learn to make a nutritious chicken stock from scratch. Then explore how to turn that one stock into three incredibly different soups, featuring flavours and techniques from Asia, Europe and North America.

We will also delve into a basic gluten-free yeast bread, perfect for accompanying any soup, whether you like to dip, tear or toast.

Soups:

    Chicken Stock
    Hot and Sour Soup
    Bacon Corn Chowder
    Parsnip and Hazelnut

Bread:

    “Braided Loaf” Dinner rolls
