Cook Culture: Soulful Spring Soups and Hand Food

Have you ever wanted to be one of those people who can throw together a healthy, delicious and amazing soup with little effort? Using lots of fresh produce, we will learn how to create some amazing soups that freeze well and like to come to work with us. These soups will give you the skills going forward to be a soup master. Rounding the class out nicely, we will make a variation of delicious hand foods including spring rolls, salad rolls and fritters from scratch.
