Cook Culture: Seasonal Pie

In this class we will create some classic Fall and Winter comfort food. We will make flakey no-fail pie crust, sweet dough tart crust and a quick and easy puff pastry, perfect for making the following:
- Wild mushroom and gruyere tart
- Beef and Guinness pie made with no fail pie dough
- Pecan pie made with a sweet tart dough
- Apple tart tatin made with a quick puff pastry
