Rustic Italian food is all about simple, perfectly balanced ingredients. This class includes the cornerstones of Italian cooking: pasta-making, meat-curing, sauces and pastries. Impress your friends and family, by incorporating these techniques into your everyday cooking.
We travel through Italy with this menu composed of fresh SUMMER flavours:
- Hand Cut Beef Carpaccio with arugula, shaved Parmesan, green beans and anchovy aioli
- Fresh Handmade Pasta with Puttanesca Sauce, traditional tomato sauce with capers, olives, white wine, chilli and anchovy
- Cannoli with sweet fresh ricotta and pistachio
