Communitas Supportive Care Society is a non-profit organization providing care in communities across British Columbia to those living with disabilities. At Communitas, we support and empower people of all abilities. We are a place of belonging, growth and contribution.
We are hosting a Block Party to celebrate Community Living Month. This is a time to recognize the contributions of people with developmental disabilities and to acknowledge the people who support them. Let’s celebrate the achievements and recognize how far we have come in breaking down barriers and creating more inclusive and welcoming communities.
Highlights of this event are: • BBQ Hotdog lunch by donation • Live music by Gerrit Dooris and friends • Fun games
