Free Event. You will be taught the basics of rowing in a safe environment with experienced athletes. Come and meet the rowing community who will teach you how to row in less than an hour. You will be taken through a short session on the stationary rowing machines before being launched onto the water to give rowing a try. Enjoy the beautiful Selkirk Waterway as you take in the wildlife that frequent the Gorge, birds, seals, otters all curious as you paddle past. Enjoy the health benefits as you use your full body to exercise outdoor.
