Hear about why people are starting to reject the old way of designing and building  neighbourhoods, and instead choosing to: - Live in custom neighbourhoods of friends and neighbours - Have private residences, but share common spaces - Walk or bike to almost everything - Live within walking distance to school (and maybe lose that 2nd car!) - Have neighbours who are caring, positive adults - Create a dynamic, vital neighbourhood - Live sustainably. Let's chat about it and share some ideas. We will also discuss a new cohousing community in the forming stages in Qualicum Beach. This is a family-friendly event.
