Christmas is a special time on Salt Spring Island. We are all aglow in the warmth as family and friends gather to spend the holiday’s island-style! Shop, explore, dine and be entertained – it’s all here for you to “Get Your GLOW ON!”

Join us for Light-Up on December 3rd from 4:30 onward at Centennial Park. The event starts with a Christmas Carol Sing-Along with Salt Spring’s Viva Corale . Light-up happens at 5:00 pm. The Fifth Annual Chili Cook-off invites you to taste entries from restaurants and home cooks. Shop Late and Social in Ganges Village is on December 8th until 8 pm. After shopping, go to the Salt Spring Legion where Mixologists will compete on Dec 8th to create the “Glowtini”, the signature Cocktail of Christmas. This public event welcomes people to Get Your Glow ON! with proceeds to the Copper Kettle Community Partnership. There are community events daily through December including live music, dining options and New Years Parties.
