There is nothing quite like The Snug year-round, let alone on Christmas Day. Warm up to our hospitality and savour a three course dinner menu. Dinner seatings are 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm with limited seating available, reservations are required.
1st Course:
Smoked Salmon Pressing
Avocado puree
Spinach salad with thyme shallot dressing
Chilled prawns and cripsy shallots
2nd Course:
Traditional Roasted Turkey Dinner
Slow roasted turkey breast
Butter and herb braised turkey leg
Herb bread pudding
Pomme puree
Seasonal vegetables
Rich turkey jus
3rd Course:
Eggnog Cheesecake
Brandy caramel sauce
Spiced crumble
