Served in both the Christmas-adorned Dining Room & Library, let us serve you and yours a Christmas Dinner to remember. Executive Chef Iain Rennies' carefully prepared four course menu featuring turkey with all the trimmings and more. Dinner reservations are being offered for 5:00pm and 8:00pm seatings. Reservations are required.
1st Course:
Side strip prawn bar, seared Qualicum Beach scallops, avocado puree & citrus soya caviar
Or
Corned Magret duck breast, pickled beets, truffle aioli & herb micro greens
2nd Course:
Scallop saltimbuocca with cured prosciutto, champagne mussel soup, sage brown butter powder & vanilla yam puree
Or
Pork tenderloin, butternut squash risotto, bacon lardon saute with winter Brussels sprout
3rd Course:
Traditional roast turkey dinner, slow roasted turkey breast, butter and herb braised turkey leg, herb bread pudding, pomme puree, seasonal vegeatables & rich turkey jus
Or
Line caught Chilean sea bass with lobster tomato crust, lobster foam, herb polenta & parsnip puree
Or
Beef Tenderloin, herb pave potatoe with pomme puree, seasonal vegetable & red wine jus
4th Course:
House made Christmas yule log, rich ganache, peppermint brulee, fresh raspberries & espresso chocolate crumble

Seasonal eggnog spiced cheesecake, spiced rum caramel, candy cane powder & gingerbread crumble
