Join us in the Christmas-adorned David Foster Foundation Theatre, Conservatory and Colonnade for our full buffet brunch of favorites. Share heartfelt laughs with loved-ones and leave the details to us in what is sure to be a busy season. Bid hello to the holiday season amidst the granduer of Victoria's newest icon with our Christmas Day Brunch served from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Salads:
~ Wild Winter Greens with an assortment of house made dressings
~ Heritage grown gem lettuce with parmesan garlic dressing and herb croutons
~ Spiced yam and Kennebec potatoe salad with prosciutto and wild arugula
~ Roasted winter root vegetable salad with toasted sesame and honey miso dressing

Displays of Salmon:
~ Candied, cold salmon and cured salmon with horseradish aioli, red onion and capers
Cheese Display:
~ Assorted local and imported cheeses with house made preserve and warm baguette

Breakfast items:
~ Traditional Eggs Benadict with lobster hollandais
~ Rosemary and sea salt breakfast potatoes
~ Double smoked bacon and artisan made sausages
~ Sliced fruit display
~ Croissants, muffins and Danishes
~ Vanilla pancakes with warm maple syrup, and blueberry compote

~ Butter braised turkey leg and herb bread putting
