Blue grouse is hosting Taylor Kennedy for a masters class in authentic chocolate making paired with some of our incredible wines. Taylor having a previous career in National Geographic photography and has now launched a brand called Sirene Chocolates out of a backyard workshop in Victoria BC. Working with indigenous farmers to source cocoa beans from unique places like Bolivia, Uganda, Guatemala. Taylor has made a huge name for the world of chocolate and prides himself in also using local milk products and salt products to enhance the chocolate. All chocolate bars are nut-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. Enjoy specially selected wines and chocolates for a chance to taste and shop local.
