Make the most of the summer growing season by filling jars with delicious homemade jams to enjoy the whole year through! Join home food preserver and award-winning food blogger, Amy Bronee, in this class for beginners and experienced preservers alike. We�ll work as a group to prepare blueberry lime jam, cherry vanilla jam, and a summertime classic � strawberry jam! Learn about the role of pectin in jam-making and the simple steps of safe water bath canning, then take home jars of delicious jams made in class. Your toast will never be the same again!
