Make the most of the summer growing season by filling jars with pickled goodies and fruit chutneys to enjoy the whole year through! Join home food preserver and award-winning food blogger, Amy Bronee, in this class for beginners and experienced preservers alike. We�ll work as a group to prepare spicy dilly beans, sweet and savoury peach chutney, and a canning classic � garlic dill pickles! Learn about safely preserving low acid foods and the simple steps of water bath canning, then take home jars of delicious pickles and chutney made in class. Make this the year you learn how to can!
